If your student will be bringing any type of medication to Youth Camp, it MUST be checked-in to the Nurse's Station and requires a form to accompany it.

- The camp fully stocks their Health Center with over the counter meds that their staff can administer, as long as a parent/guardian approves it in the student's registration.

- All medications must be in the original packaging, otherwise the camp cannot administer it.

We will have the medication form available to sign by a parent/guardian on 6/14/26 after service, 6/17/26 after Youth & 6/25/26 before leaving for camp.

The list below includes a few of the basics to get your student started on planning for Camp! As we get closer to time, we will be sure to send out a more detailed list to make sure your student has all they need!

WHAT TO BRING

• Bible, Notebook, Pen

• Clothes for outdoor activities (shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes)

• Clothes specifically for Church Services (Modest & Clean)

• Dirty clothes bag (Trash bag or laundry bag)

• Modest swimwear & cover-ups (girls in 2-piece swimsuits will be asked to cover with a t-shirt as swim times are shared with boys)

• Bedding (twin) or sleeping bag & pillow

• All toiletries

• Towels (one for showering & one for swimming)

• Sunscreen & insect repellent

• Cash or card for merch, offering, coffee bar & snack shack treats

WHAT NOT TO WEAR

• Half shirts/crop tops/shirts with cutout sides ***NTYM tank tops may be worn due to their modest design***

• Biker Shorts/sliders

• Spaghetti straps/strapless/tank tops

• Jerseys without undershirts

• PJ's may ONLY be worn in cabins

SHOES

• Must be worn at all times, including to & from the pool, as regulated by the state

COVER UP

• Guys & Girls MUST wear cover-ups or t-shirts to & from the pool

REC TIME

• It's CAMP! Bring clothes & shoes that you can get wet & muddy. It is expected that you clean up & change for services.

VISITOR POLICY

All of our adults on campus are properly background checked and Ministry Safe trained. Due to the dedication we have to protecting your students, we don’t allow visitors at camp.

MONEY AT CAMP

We have a merch shop, coffee trailer, Snack Shack, and a Speed the Light offering night. All of these accept cards or cash. 

HEALTH CENTER

At camp we have a health center that is fully staffed with health care professionals that take time out of their summer to be a part of all that God is doing at summer camp. So rest assured that your students are in good hands.

SAFETY & HEALTH

Our camp staff reserves the right to send any attendee home for: health and safety, sexual misconduct, or physical altercations.

HYDRATION

It is very hot at camp. We highly recommend that everyone buy or bring a reusable water bottle to help combat heat and dehydration. There are water stations located in the fitness center, worship center, outside the tabernacle, and the Heath Center.
